Connect with your body, relieve tension, and bond with your baby in these gentle postnatal yoga classes. Designed for new parents, these sessions focus on restoring strength and stretching out aches from pregnancy and birth – all while incorporating your baby into the practice.
This is your time to recharge, relax, and connect with a community of other new parents in a safe and supportive space.
Suitable from 6 weeks after vaginal birth, and 12 weeks after C-Section. N
No prior yoga experience is needed.
