Blending together yoga and mindfulness these classes draw on gentle movement, breathing practices and guided meditations to help you nurture your pregnancy journey and prepare for birth and beyond.
In this course, you will;
– Learn to down regulate your nervous system
– Combat the general discomforts of pregnancy
– Practise breathing techniques that will assist you during labour and birth
– Connect to your pelvis for good pelvic floor health
– Learn to release and ride the waves of labour
– Practice self-acceptance and self-kindness as you navigate pregnancy
– Connect with your body and your baby
– Meet other expecting parents in the area


£50 for 4 weeks


Course details
Week one: grounding. Focusing on the hips and pelvis, a grounding flow to calm the nervous system and connect to your body and baby.
Week two: womb. Combining intuitive movement and pelvic floor strengthening to help connect with your womb space. Ending with a breathing visualisation to release stress and tension
Week four: love. A balancing flow with a self-acceptance practice and loving kindness meditation.
Week four: release. A soothing, slow flow to help ease tension and relax the body. Ending with a yoga nidra meditation for deep rest.
Suitable for anyone over 12 weeks pregnant. If you are over 35 weeks, you can drop in instead of booking the full course – email me directly to book.
